Vixis was a Klingon officer serving under the command of Captain Klaa in the late-23rd century. Vixis was loyal to her captain, and would stroke his ego during his efforts to obtain glory in combat.
In 2287, Vixis participated in Klaa's unauthorized attempt to destroy the USS Enterprise, falsifying a message from Starfleet to James Kirk indicating that a rescue vessel was en route to assist in re-taking the ship from the renegade Vulcan Sybok. Later, after General Korrd relieved Klaa of command, Vixis accompanied Klaa to a reception on the Enterprise, where she was admired by Hikaru Sulu and Pavel Chekov, that latter of whom commented on her "wonderful muscles."
